1- What are the legal, technical and expert challenges faced by the subject of goods inspection, both in the field of export and import and in the field of industry and engineering? In your opinion, to what extent can the inspector’s role in guaranteeing the quality of products and services be effective?
In addition to thanking you for your invitation and stating the issue, for the sake of your esteemed audience, it is necessary to first provide some explanations regarding the position of inspection companies. As you mentioned, third party inspection companies (independent third party) after equipping the facilities and experienced and experienced manpower as the executive arms of the National Standards Organization of Iran which is under the supervision of the presidential institution.They perform technical inspection services as well as inspection of imported and exported goods inside and outside the country, and their performance is always monitored, reviewed and evaluated by the standard organization. Unfortunately, due to the conditions that exist in the society, which is also due to the significant entry of non-standard goods through unofficial sources without quality inspection, in the form of smuggling, security, capital and health categories.
It has put people in danger. It is necessary for those in charge to deal with it in a reasonable and logical way, not reactively. It is from this point of view that the seriousness of the inspection becomes more apparent, therefore, if imported goods are imported through the official entry ways of the country’s customs, it is possible to comment on their quality after completing the inspection procedures at the origin (outside the country) or at the destination.If they comply with the requirements of our country’s national standard or international standards approved by Iran’s National Standard Organization, the goods will be cleared in the shortest possible time with the cooperation of customs experts.
2- What is the position of the audit capacity and power in Iran compared to what we know of the reputable inspection companies in the world?
As you know, international inspection companies, which are one of the world’s famous companies, have been present in Iran for many years, just like the internal inspection companies of our country, and due to the existence of a suitable business environment for them, they provide inspection services with inquiries received from the National Standards Organization of Iran, the Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and other authorities.Related domestic companies have acted very competently in many tenders, they are evaluated on par with foreign inspection companies in terms of quality and performance, and in the competition between them, only the price category determines the final winner. Nevertheless, inspection companies, especially our company, have also updated their efforts to use the experience and knowledge of leading foreign companies, and it can be safely said that the field of presentation Technical and engineering services will have a significant qualitative growth.
3- To what extent is the culture of using product inspection and audit among Iranian producers and merchants an established issue? In what cases have the losses caused by non-inspection of goods been more apparent?
The owners of our esteemed manufacturing and commercial companies are always fully aware of the importance of product quality and first of all inspection services in order to increase their business activities and of course gain more market share in the region. Unfortunately, there are opportunistic and profit-seeking people as intermediaries in our markets who only think about their short-term profit and by selling or importing goods that the export goods compliance process or They have not passed the import process, they cause a heavy blow to the reputation of the country. In the export category, they cause foreign buyers to distrust the quality of Iranian products.
4- Explain the level of professional ability and training status of specialized staff in the field of goods inspection.
As you know, the National Standard Organization uses official standard experts to update national and factory standards, and these experts are currently selected after holding a provincial test. A number of these official experts have been recruited by the inspection companies and in the inspection companies based on the standard, which can actually be said to be the international language of the companies’ services.Inspection is about training and gaining practical experience, they learn the necessary skills. Explaining that our company has succeeded in obtaining a training license after the evaluation conducted by the National Standard Organization and has the ability to provide training for the required inspection courses to the applicants using valuable domestic and foreign experts. Obviously, the participants will be granted official certificates if they succeed in each course.

In the qualitative evaluations, it has been observed that we not only have no problems in the production of good quality in the mentioned fields, but we also have high capacity, which by observing the effective factors in the field of production, we can speak of relatively high growth. We just need to make our efforts in removing cumbersome obstacles in the production and distribution process and the banking and administrative system of the country more and more precise.
